Jenay McKinney

Chief of Staff and Programs Administration with HOPES of America, a Service-connected disabled veteran owned Consulting firm. She has 15+ years experience in strategic planning for operational management and leveraging expert knowledge to help organizations focus on most important business priorities. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources, ITIL v6 certification, and her certification in Human Resources from Syracuse University and is planning to attend Columbia Southern University to pursue her Master of Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Education, then plans to attend Law School at Syracuse University.

She is a proud decorated U.S. Navy Veteran with over 8 years of service to our country. As a PS2 she served in multiple operations overseas in Bahrain and Germany including Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and Operation Spartan Shield. Earning several medals including: a Navy/Marine Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal. Being a Veteran allows her to utilize blended experience to make a positive impact nationwide to help organizations elevate to automation and better organization for their business. 

Jenay has experience working with organizations nationwide within many industries from Public, PE Firms, and Private sectors that range from startups to $1.8B in revenue. She has experience working through corporate storms and putting out daily fires with Mergers and Acquisitions nuances to Restructures and Turnarounds, to Risk Management Interim Leadership, to creating a framework for scalability.
